Why an implantologist built it
A toothbrush cannot go to lunch with you
“Almost nobody who ends up in my chair was careless. They brushed twice a day for thirty years. They were doing the right thing at a time when nothing was happening.”
Enamel is a mineral, and minerals dissolve in acid. Below a pH of about 5.5 the surface starts giving up mineral — and every time you eat or drink anything, that window opens for about twenty minutes. It does not have to be sweet. A coffee does it.
Six occasions is six windows a day, and both brushings sit at the two moments furthest from all of them. So the format was the design problem, not the formula: no water, no rinsing, no sink — which meant it had to be safe to swallow.

What the research actually says
The rules, in full
- Keep brushing. Twice a day, as you already do. Bristles remove plaque and nothing sprayed can do that.
- Add three seconds after eating. Two or three sprays at teeth and tongue, held for five seconds. No water, no sink, no spitting.
- Do it for sixty days. Not thirty. The reported changes land between weeks two and four.
- Change nothing else. Same diet, same coffee, same toothpaste — so you know what caused what.
This does not replace brushing, it is not a treatment, and it is not a substitute for seeing a dentist. If something hurts, that is an appointment, not an article.
Sixty days is about three hundred and sixty windows
That is long enough to know. Keep the bottle either way — sealed, opened or empty.
